All of our beans are sourced from farm co-operatives where fair prices build communities.
Brakeman's Blend
A blend of medium roast beans peppered with a dark roast for a complex and delicious finish.
Coal Car Dark
Our signature roast. Rich and dark and full. This sits in the Full City, Viennese roast profile. Dark, but still has the bean character in the cup.
Light in the Tunnel
This roast is great for the gravy of a biting espresso - maybe with a bit of sweetener. If you like the kick of a light roast, Light in the Tunnel is the profile.
Loose Caboose
Loose Caboose is a medium roast well suited to press or drip coffee lovers. It balances acidity and sweetness nicely.
