Produce

All of our produce grows in organic material and no sprays are used. We keep ahead of the weeds with an organically certified mulch and irrigation system. But, yes, we have weeds and these are pulled by hand.

We work hard to bring you food we eat and enjoy.

Highlighted products:

• New Red potatoes - dense, long-to-cook moist and simply not like any other potato
• A variety of artisanal canned products like our smoked Jalapeño in our version of an adobo sauce. Awesome.
• Green beans, yellow beans picked in small batches daily.
• Organically grown produce of every variety. Picked just before selling.
• Sweet corn that our locals rave about.
• Fermented hot sauces and sauerkraut.
• Fresh delicious garlic and herbs.
• Napier Family Farm is adjacent to us. Their wonderful bees pollinate our healthy, no-spray, gardens. Pick up a jar of their honey at the stand!
• Turned pepper mills cut from our forest.
• Cindy's gift cards. Prints of hand-painted local scenes that are wonderful gifts.
• Firewood bundles. Seasoned hardwood split and conveniently bundled for fireplace, campfire or stove.
